As-Salamu Alaykum (peace be unto you) to all visitors to the Islamic Center of High Point website. We are an independent, non-profit Islamic organization. Our core values are to help local Muslim to practice Islam according to the Quran and Sunnah (traditions) of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Our goal is to provide religious, educational, and social activities and facilities to the local Muslim community. We believe that as an Islamic Center it is our duty to share the values of Islam in the local community. Please visit us and pray with us so that we can create a place for ourselves in paradise.


In the Quran Allah (God) states: O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female and made you into nations and tribes that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise each other). Surah Al-Hujurat (49:13)

Islamic Lectures After Maghrib Prayer

Imam Hafiz Muhammad Mahboob Raza will be conducting the lectures.

Hadith Discussion: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
Islamic Issues: Wednesday and Thursday
Tafseer ul Quran: Saturday

All of the Islamic lectures will begin right after Maghrib prayer.

Friday Prayer Time Change

Also the Friday Prayer time will change to 1:45pm. But the sermon/lecture will begin at around 1:00pm so please arrive early. Please be mindful of others when you are parking your car.

Construction Updates

Deforestation and leveling of the newly purchased land is in process to convert the land into additional parking space for your convenience.

Evening Quran Reading Class

This is a message is to all parents who have enrolled their kids in the Islamic Center of High Point Quran Reading Class. We recommend that every student studies the assigned Quran verses or the Arabic alphabet at home daily in order for them to be successful in learning the Quran and in the class. We have included some useful links for your child to use as study guides.
